The backbone of Pentland's business is analytics and data, especially when selling on Amazon. You can't sell on Amazon if you're not willing to dive into the details and the data, because Amazon is a data-driven company and speaks in data. This is the most important insight I gained from working with Amazon. We can transfer the know-how we gain to other brands so that we end up offering world-class products for all brands. Collaboration ensures constant improvement and efficiency. I work in the Strategic Customers team at Pentland Brands, specifically in the Shopper Marketing team area I am responsible for sales via Amazon in several markets.
My job is to present all of our products from our entire range of brands on HK Phone Number Amazon in such a way that buyers are offered the best possible shopping experience. This includes images to present our products and the accompanying written content (and this is where PureFluent comes into play, of course), to brand shops and marketing campaigns on Amazon. Amazon sometimes doesn't make it easy to present its brands in the best possible way. But we have a great relationship with Amazon and can rely on a whole arsenal of tools to showcase our products in a fantastic way. I don't think we could work successfully with Amazon if we didn't have data analysts on the team.

It's really interesting to work with Amazon and follow its development. This is a very exciting partnership for me and I can't wait to see what Amazon comes up with next year! Ian:Amazon is of course your job, but is Amazon really the most important online channel for Pentland? Jessica:We have several important marketing channels, but the following applies to all of them: No matter where customers buy, they should have a great shopping experience. Amazon is in our Strategic Customers division because so many brands are marketed through the platform. Amazon is certainly a strategic customer, but certainly not the most important one because we have a wealth of sales channels.
